Though inedible waste milk is our primary ingredient, we are not campaigning for increased milk wastage. Considerable proportion of value recouped from up-cycling spoilt milk is reinvested in building capacity of small livestock holders to improve handling practices for their small fresh milk volumes. With higher returns, farmers reinvest in improved animal management. This indirectly increases volumes of milk, improves household nutrition and welfare standards and makes our production scalable.
